u9 Spartak with a Smile

More good, positive, feedback received by another of our squads. This time it is the turn of u9 Spartak, who, have had a tough second half to the season in a strong Mercian Fortis Group, but clearly are doing something right. Badgers Buoyed by Brilliant Feedback

Our club ethos is a written declaration that sets out how we want to run as a club. It needs to be a simple, concise, message that can be understood by players, parents, coaches and officials. The full version of the ethos can be found on the club website, but we ask you:

To provide football to children of all ages and abilities, in a safe and friendly environment.
To deliver age-appropriate coaching to support long-term player development.
To encourage all players to try their best and make the most of their individual abilities.
To offer a challenging but supportive environment where children can learn from their mistakes without undue pressure and anxiety

At the foremost of everything we do at LBBFC is the aim to offer children good fun, exercise and an opportunity to improve their playing ability, all within a safe encouraging environment. Long-term development of children on and off the playing surface, not only as players, but as young people is the cornerstone of the club ethos.
