Malvern Town Football Club is members of the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division and currently play at the Langland Stadium. As a fellow FA Charter Standard Community Club the Badgers have partner with this great, local club, to provide an elite pathway for players once they reach the age of 17. A part of our partnering agreement both clubs will share coaching expertise, utilising the FA Mentoring scheme to provide joint coaching development opportunities.
The Albion Foundation uses the power of football to make a difference, raise aspirations, grow their people and participants and connect West Bromwich Albion Football Club to its communities.
Leigh and Bransford Badgers Football Club (L&BBFC) have been truly privileged to work with and support the Worcestershire Disability FC (WDFC) with assistance from the Worcestershire Football Association (WFA) and FA Coach Mentors. The monthly sessions are rewarding, unique opportunities to better appreciate what is possible when like minded organisations Pool their resources and work together. These sessions are designed to enhance skill levels, integrate players and coaches, improve learning and to create a fun, enjoyable environment for all participants. We are now in the second season for this amazingly successful joint enterprise which, to date, has been funded entirely by L&BBFC with a small donation from WDFC.
The WDFC provides opportunities for all those with special needs in Worcestershire to play competitive football! They offer an SAFE and PROTECTED playing environment. All our coaches have DBS checks that are renewed every 3 years. Find out more about our great friends here:
As the only higher education institution in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, the University of Worcester has a strong role to play in our region, delivering degree programmes to nearly 10,000 students. The University has undergone significant growth over the last few years, doubling its student numbers, and is a key resource to the City. At Leigh and Bransford Badgers we have struck up a unique relationship with the sports students, with numerous student coaches placed throughout our age group teams, greatly enhancing the diversity of our coaching opportunity.
This programme has the mutual benefit of helping to support the students with hands on experience across all our age groups to support individual improvement of their coaching qualifications within football.
Express Falcons FC were founded in 2000, currently play in Worcester & District League Division One on Sunday mornings, playing their home games at Lower Howsell Road. The Falcons have actively encouraged local youngsters to join their ranks over the past couple of years, and this arrangement will provide a firmer pathway pathway, for the Badgers older players, into adult Sunday League football. The key aim of both clubs is to encourage players over the age of 16 to continue their involvement in football once they pass out of youth age groups with Leigh & Bransford Badgers.
Welcome to the website of Leigh and Bransford Badgers Football Club. Established in 2001 by parents who wanted a new football adventure for their children, and the youngsters in and around the area of Leigh in Worcestershire.
