| Team origins | Now playing in its second season at the higher MJPL leave, Orient and the success of all our u14 teams has its roots traceable firmly back to the Club’s Mini Badgers and Development Squad. Many starting with the BDS the boys have been encouraged and developed, thought out their football journey, by the amazing Mr Badger himself Richard ‘Taff’ Davies. The success of his coaching programme has seen the need for Orient to split three times to the level of engagement now seen. That so many boys are still playing football with the Badgers is a true testament to the skills and support of the club’s Coach Development Lead. |
